LAYOFF-TO-EMPLOYMENT ACTION PLANNER (LEAP): 
Now More Effective Than Ever

The LEAP was updated based on customer feedback to be even more helpful to dislocated workers. Changes include the following:

• To emphasize the LEAP's usefulness in providing reemployment guidance, its title was changed to Layoff-to-Employment Action Planner. The original title was Layoff from Employment Action Planner.
• Web site addresses listed on the LEAP were changed or updated as needed to make it as current as possible.
• The text in Step 3 (Suggestions and Action Plan) were streamlined for quicker reading.
• The typeface in Step 3 was enlarged for easier reading by all populations.
