LEAP Described as Innovative "Best Practice" in Report for U.S. Department of Labor on Reemployment and Eligibility Assessment (REA) Initiative. A study commissioned by the Department of Labor features the LEAP as a "best practice" for effective REA programs that get UI claimants back to work faster and cut UI payments.
